I made the comparison based on feature set. For that you need an android flagship phone. Android DOES make cheap phones…but therexs no 1:1 comparison for Apple.

Because the left will be happy when everybody has equal rights, and a high standard of living for everyone.

So, if that’s the lefts benchmark of a great society, what’s the right fighting towards? Money? Power? Control?

Because they’ve been pushing that slogan since the 80s. What’s the endgame here?

Because from where I’m sitting, there is no endgame. Nothing will ever make them happy. Nothing will ever be good enough. So what the fuck is the point?

Thats not how most people work.

Thats why the majority of people in this country. They can each admit there is a problem. But they do nothing about it. Most don’t even try to diet or exercise.

And you want them to switch to an unfinished linux phone system. They aren’t going to do that over this change. The vast majority don’t use more than 5 apps. What do they care? For most, the cell phone is the replacement for a pc, snd all its used for is to text, and go on tiktok and instagram.

The changes you’re suggesting will work well for a certain crowd. That crowd is maybe 5% of the general population. The rest won’t even notice. And if they did, they’d just put up with it.

McDonalds in 2023 tried using AI in their drive thru. It lasted all of 3 weeks before McDonalds realized their business went down 70%. People were trying to order “BIG MAC” and the AI would add 33 apple pies.

Then they would get frustrated, and drive off without paying or getting anything.

I’ve seen other similar stories from other companies. Maybe not to the same degree. But the theme of the day is CEOs pay billions to integrate AI. Then find out that best case scenario is it works slightly worse than humans. Worst case is it crumbles their business. But at no point have I ever read a story where CEOs gain big advantages from investing in AI. But now they already paid the money, so dammit they’re going to use it!

And thats where we are today. Join us 5 years from now when Verizon replaces their entire crew with AI, and becomes just a keyosk in the mall with a touch screen.

Capitalism is like a cancer that invades, infects and destroys everything it touches. When you think it about the definitions for successful capitalism and cancer are exactly the same … runaway, unrestricted and unlimited growth is the goal.

Along with something welcoming immagrants to a land where immagrants are hated, and treated as less than second class citizens in a land filled with racism and hate.

I’m not saying I support or agree with these ideas. I’m just saying if we’re going to put a plaque on a symbol of our nation, it should at least be honest.
