Believe it or not, prolonged physical and mental torture is not speech, a religion, a function of the press, an assembly, or a petition. Where did I say that? Since they’re all Christian, the only “safe sex” they believe in is abstinence, which is the opposite of sex-positive. Just pointing out that the phrase “behavioral intervention” isn’t necessarily as inflammatory of a phrase in this context as op made it seem.

Pretty sure the “behavioral interventions” just means practicing safe sex, i.e. using protection, communicating honestly with sexual partners, avoiding truck stop bathroom hookups, only dating within your species, etc.
